Introducing our exciting new programme of Member Engagement Boot Camps. A dedicated and unique half-day course that will provide you with a structured approach to improve and enhance member engagement, value and growth.

We introduce our expert trainers, Richard Gott and Heather Forrester, experts within the domain of member engagement and co-authors of the popular Member Engagement Toolkit (2017).

Heather Forrester

Heather has over 21 years of experience using market research to provide clients in the membership sector with actionable business insights. She is a member of the Market Research Society and Managing Director of the UK’s leading market research agency in the UK for membership organisations – Research by Design.
Richard Gott
Richard GottMembership Expert
Richard has over 15 years’ leadership experience in the membership sector and is a member engagement specialist. He has worked with high profile organisations including the Royal College of General Practitioners, College of Optometrists, British Dental Association, Royal College of Anaesthetists, Law Society and the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
Kerrie Fuller
Kerrie FullerHead of Membership Development, World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts
Kerrie is the Head of Membership at WAGGGS and has a strong background within the membership and association sector. Kerrie has worked for organisations including the Law Society and the Royal Airforce Museum. In 2016 Kerrie championed a segmented approach to member engagement at the Law Society and she will share her insight, knowledge and experience during this Boot Camp.
