She is a member of the Market Research Society and Managing Director of the UK’s leading market research agency in the UK for membership organisations – Research by Design.
Richard Gott
Richard GottMembership Expert
Richard has over 15 years’ leadership experience in the membership sector and is a member engagement specialist. He has worked with high profile organisations including the Royal College of General Practitioners, College of Optometrists, British Dental Association, Royal College of Anaesthetists, Law Society and the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
FACT: 95% of delegates return to the office and change at least one membership focused activity.
