Yes. You read the title correctly. At Membership Excellence 2017 we’re going to celebrate failure. We introduce Fail Fast Forward.
The aim of this Sector First conference theme is to enable association and membership professionals to learn from each other’s past mistakes (Fail) to ensure future risk of failure is minimised, and the likelihood of success is optimised (Fast Forward).
27th April 2017 / London / membershipexcellence.com
At this year’s national membership best practice conference, Membership Excellence 2017, we’ll explore some truly ‘epic fails’ that have led to major positive change, disruption and development in areas such as membership, CRM and professional development. Delegates will also be encouraged to share their stories.
The theme will run throughout the conference with two dedicated ‘gloves off’ sessions:
– Member Learning & Development: Effective Use of Online Social & Learning from Mistakes (Joni Tyler, Head of CPD, RIBA)
– MEMX Hack – Fail Fest – How to become flawsome! (Audience led)
To ensure optimum ‘failure and solution sharing’ these sessions will be strictly ‘association professional’ only’ and Chatham House rules will apply.
