Problems such as declining membership, reliance on legacy technology systems, divided opinions about where the organisation should go and introducing best practice business processes into a formerly volunteer-run organisation, any of which can paralyse an organisation if it’s not dealt with.
Sarah will deliver an actionable strategy , based on listening to the CEO and key stakeholders, researching the problems and the solutions, and present that to the Board, with clear rationale and keeping the focus on members.
