Armin DonhauserCIO at AO Foundation
Armin Donhauser has joined the AO Foundation in 2012 to manage the second phase of the implementation of a new membership management system named «AO Connect».

It did not take long for him to find out that the project ran against a wall and needed to be buried after spending millions.

Following this, he was tasked to find a way forward for the AO Foundation to provide a membership management system to run the association’s business. This was when a thrilling journey began to evaluate and introduce a new membership management system.

Rebecca Achurch
Rebecca AchurchCIO, Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association
With over 20 years’ experience working with associations, non-profits, and membership organisations, Rebecca has extensive program and project management experience, and led numerous enterprise-wide CRM and software implementations.

Several implementations were recognised with industry awards for their innovative approaches and transformative outcomes. A thought leader in the industry, Rebecca currently serves as the CIO for the Motor and Equipment Manufacturers Association and leads an IT consulting practice.

Rebecca is a Program Management Professional, (PgMP) Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), is agile certified, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE)

Chris currently manages a team that works across our medium size charities in EMEA.

He joined Salesforce.org in 2007 and have been working with nonprofits for over 13 years in the Salesforce.com Community.

He works hard to ensure nonprofit success and help ensure nonprofits are meeting their mission and technology goals.

Kerry Francis

Kerry hails from the Bronx, New York and holds an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Before moving to the UK, Kerry worked for IBM and has spent the last decade working with not for profits in the UK

She is currently Senior Account Executive at Salesforce.org, a social enterprise that gets fast and efficient technology in the hands of nonprofits and educators so they can focus on doing more good, working with charities and not for profits of all types to drive impact and achieve their mission.

Kerry loves spending time with her precocious three year old Ameliah and in her “free” time is a keen Zumba advocate and a karaoke queen.

Richard Gott

Richard is widely known as one of the leading membership and association sector thought leaders in the UK and is Chair of the MemberWise Network.

He has worked at a senior leadership level for leading organisations including the Royal College of Psychiatrists, The Law Society, Royal College of General Practitioners, College of Optometirsts, Chartererd Institute of Educational Assessors and the British Dental Association.

Richard provides advisory services to large number of leading associations and is Chair of the CPD Standards Office Independent Expert Advisory Board He also champions the professionalisation of the association and membership sector.

Jane Royden
Jane RoydenBusiness, IT and Digital Transformation Specialist
Jane works with leaders and teams across the sector supporting digital and IT enabled change, most recently with the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, the British Dietetic Association and the British Parking Association.

Jane is a Member of the Association for Project Management, and a former Chair of their special interest group for People.

Before moving into business change, Jane trained as a meteorologist and is still fascinated by the weather.
