He has 25 years’ experience of working with leading membership organisations including the British Dental Association, College of Optometrists, Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors, Royal College of Anaesthetists, Royal College of General Practitioners, Royal College of Nursing, Royal College of Psychiatrists and The Law Society.

His key sector achievements and experience cover strategy planning, review and creation, structural change/review, membership scheme development, new member acquisition and member retention optimisation, member value proposition creation and quality assurance, member engagement and experience development, business planning and development.

Kerrie has worked in the not for profit sector for over 10 years in a variety of membership organisations: professional associations, private members clubs, education charities and even museums.

With a strong operational background, her membership strategies are successful because they are designed for practical implementation. Her previous projects have involved recruitment, retention, engagement, customer service, marketing, sales, communications and operations – a wealth of experience in all areas of membership.

Kerrie has worked with the MemberWise Network for a number of years to create our best practice events programme. She is now working with the Network to market and deliver our consultancy offering focussing on projects, facilitation and training.
