Each year, the MemberWise Network hosts the two flagship conferences for the Membership & Association Sector; Digital Excellence (DX) and Membership Excellence (MEMX).

Our next conference will be Digital Excellence (2024) – The sector’s largest digital/membership-focused best practice conference and exhibition – will take place on Thursday 16th May 2024 @ Novotel London West (Hammersmith).

Exhibition Stands

You have a range of choices when it comes to stand size and location. Stands on the map that are greyed out have already been booked. This map is updated frequently but may not have had the most recent additions made, so the booking form will ask for your first and second preference.

Stand bookings are for open stand spaces. There is no shell scheme. The back of the stand is either the outer wall of the hall or draped divisions for the central islands of stands.

The top left corner of the exhibition is a section of the hall with a lower ceiling. Photos and video clips of the hall are below the list of stand numbers and prices.

All exhibition stands come with:

  • optional 4ft table with cloth & two chairs
  • single plug socket with 4-way extension
  • access to a dedicated high-speed exhibitor Wi-Fi channel
  • delegate list (post event) with contact details
  • listing in event programme (in app) with access to edit/update directly
  • 12 months on Recognised Supplier directory (worth £475)
  • Opportunity to purchase additional passes for staff or membership body clients

Speaking Sessions

In addition to a stand space in the exhibition, suppliers are also able to book a range of options to appear in the conference programme. (Prices exclude VAT)

Session Price Description
Industry Expert £3,200 A 30-minute speaking session in a dedicated “Industry Expert” programme track. Format and subject are up to you. Only 2 speaking slots are now available due to popular demand.
Demo Booth £2,500 Bolt-on package (for stands/combo of stands at least 3m in width) that includes a 55” plasma screen with media player or laptop, microphone and 10 wireless headsets, lights, and 10 seats enabling you to deliver demonstration sessions throughout the day that can be included in the programme in the app (up to six x 30-minute sessions during programmed times, plus during breaks).
