Qa Research has worked with a wide range of membership organisations including the National Trust, English Heritage, UKinbound, General Optical Council, the Health and Care Professions Council and the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board.

Through our research, insight and evaluation services we have helped these organisations to retain and grow their membership, improve their offer, create more impactful media campaigns and enhance lobbying activities.

We have engaged a wide variety of member profiles including; health and social care patients and care providers, tourism businesses, farmers, heating engineers, parents with children with SEND, visitors to attractions and many more.

We conduct a mix of survey based studies as well as more in-depth qualitative research depending on the requirement. Surveys are typically undertaken online via the member database. Then, to help ‘top-up’ the volume and range of respondents, we conduct additional surveys via our in-house telephone contact centre. Qualitative research is conducted via the phone or zoom.

Established in 1989, Qa has over 30 years’ experience supporting membership organisations with their research and evaluation needs. We are a Market Research Society Partner company and adhere to strict quality assurance procedures via our registration to ISO: 20252.
