ClubExpress is an Internet-based association management platform that combines public, and member communication functions with back-office management and member database functions into one seamless package.
ClubExpress gives every association a full-featured website for visitors and members. This website can have any look and feel you want and be as large as the association needs, with sections promoting activities, programs, and achievements. ClubExpress includes modules that support an event calendar with online registration for members and non-members, member interests, committees, document and media library, surveys, custom content, discussion forums, volunteering, E-Commerce storefront, and news. And ClubExpress makes it easy for non-programmers to maintain the website; building web pages is as straightforward as using a word processor.
We built the complete membership database into ClubExpress, including all contact information, association-specific questions, member interests, and a transaction and payment history. This information is available via the website. Members have individual logins to a secure members-only section of the website where they maintain their profiles (address changes, new email or phone, etc.). The members-only areas can also include custom web pages and downloadable documents unavailable to visitors.
