Our Membership, Venue Hire, and Events Apps are designed to simplify operations for non-profit organisations. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, these apps streamline membership management, event organisation, and venue bookings.
FlexRM have delivered several complex implementations in the Not-For-Profit (NFP) and Membership sector. Dean Terry and Steven Madden co-founded the company having previously worked with and for several Microsoft partners. One of the main objectives from inception was to implement flexible CRM solutions that deliver immediate benefits within time and budget. FlexRM achieved Gold Partnership status with Microsoft and now hold the Business Applications and Modern Work Solution Partner designations.
For the last 8 years FlexRM have been working in the NFP sector and have developed Apps within Dynamics 365 to manage Memberships and Events. These Apps allow our customers to get up and running quickly, although we appreciate that every organisation works differently and can be extended as required.
We are proud to have successfully delivered end-to-end projects with the Association of Higher Education Professionals (AHEP), Universities UK (UUK), Wallace Collection, Design Museum, Goldsmiths’ Centre, Techniquest, the Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) and have recently engaged with the Mothers’ Union. FlexRM have a strategic objective to continue to expand into this market space.
