Digital Excellence 2026 (#DX2026) is the Membership and Association Sector’s national digital focused national conference and exhibition.

The conference & exhibition will take place on Thursday 7th May 2026 at the Novotel London West (Hammersmith) and will attract circa 500 membership/association professional delegates and 50+ Official Stakeholder Organisations (including Official Partners and Exhibitors)

The theme for 2026 is “Digital to Grow Membership & Deepen Engagement”, and the agenda has been carefully built around the real priorities membership organisations are facing right now: growth, engagement, value, and making digital investment work harder.

The programme is bigger, bolder and more practical than ever, with senior leaders and digital decision-makers sharing what’s actually working inside their organisations.

Here’s what we’ve got in store for 2026:

Stream 2: Digital for Member Engagement & Value
This stream is all about practical ways to grow and deepen engagement across the member journey. Sessions explore how organisations are using data, content, learning platforms, AI and online communities to attract new members, retain existing ones and deliver clearer value. You’ll hear honest case studies from organisations like WorldCC, The Law Society, YHA, Girlguiding, NRLA and APM, with plenty of takeaways you can apply regardless of your size or sector.

Stream 3: Digital Strategy, Data & Growth
This stream focuses on the foundations that support long-term growth: strategy, data, governance and smarter ways of working. From ethical AI and automation, to analytics, discovery research and building scalable models on limited budgets, this stream is designed for those shaping digital direction across their organisation. Expect thoughtful, experience-led sessions that help you prioritise investment, build confidence with data, and make digital work harder for membership growth.
