The Connected Membership Organisation: Integrating Technology, Data & Member Experience
(Free One-Day Event / Tuesday 13th October 2026 / Novotel London West / London)
Join us for our next Membership Solutions Day, 13th October 2026 — a free, interactive, face-to-face event exploring this year’s theme:
“The Connected Membership Organisation: Integrating Technology, Data & Member Experience”
Membership organisations rely on technology more than ever before, yet many are still held back by disconnected systems, duplicated processes and fragmented data. CRM, websites, learning platforms, events, finance, marketing automation and community platforms all play an important role, but when they don’t work together, neither do your teams or your member journeys.
Membership Solutions Day will explore how professional bodies and associations are creating connected technology ecosystems that improve efficiency, strengthen reporting, enhance member engagement and support better decision-making across the organisation. The event will showcase practical approaches that help organisations remove silos, unlock the full value of their existing systems and deliver a more seamless member experience.
Throughout the day, expert speakers from leading solution providers will share real-world case studies, practical advice and lessons learned from working with membership organisations of every size. Whether you’re reviewing your CRM strategy, improving data quality, integrating key platforms or planning your next digital transformation project, you’ll leave with practical ideas and proven approaches that can help you build a more integrated, efficient and member-focused organisation.

Panel Discussion: Connected Membership: The Integration Reality for Associations Creating a truly connected membership organisation sounds simple in principle but the reality can be very different. Disconnected systems, fragmented data, competing internal priorities and legacy processes can all make it difficult to deliver the seamless, joined-up member experience organisations are aiming for. In this opening panel, three association and membership professionals will share their first-hand experiences of tackling integration challenges within their organisations. We’ll explore what prompted change, where the biggest barriers have been, what they have learned along the way, and where they are still working to join the dots.
