Our Audience

We provide 8,000 professionals (who work at circa 2,500 membership organisations and associations) with practical help/support and supplier signposting. The network was established back in 2008 and is run by a team of professionals, all of whom have experience of  working within leadership roles, and within membership settings.

Our comprehensive programme of popular conferences attract 1000’s of senior membership and association professionals each year. Our Interactive Membership Solutions Days

The network’s Membership Solution Days provide a unique opportunity for solution providers to meet/connect with senior influencers and key decision makers (from the UK’s leading membership bodies) who are actively looking for practical solutions to member related/focused challenges/activities.

We will hold our next Membership Solutions Day in Hammersmith on 3rd April.

This is a truly unique opportunity to raise brand awareness and meet a large quantity of prospective clients via 100% virtual/online approach. We work with sponsors to optimise content and attendance levels. Reservations for 2025 episodes are now being welcomed.

We invite you to host a dedicated webcast and in return you will be able to share thought leadership, meet potential future clients and raise awareness of your brand/solution(s).

Each webcast costs £3,000 (excluding VAT) and hosts enjoy up to one hour with participants. Participants typically work at manager level or above and our attendee lists are regularly screened to ensure no competing entities participate. Hosts typically present for 40 minutes and the network facilitates an interactive question and answer session. A growing number of hosts poll the audience to establish themes and establish audience requirements. E.g. Asking if participants are actively looking for solutions similar their own.

Our Weekly Newsletter (MemberWise Wise Up)

Our popular e-newsletter is published weekly and is emailed to 8,000+ members. It has an enviable average open rate of 30% and a click through rate of 28% by key influencer and senior decision maker roles within the UK/EU’s leading membership organisations and associations.

Each issue contains a limited number of paid-for sponsorship, banner and advertorial options that sector suppliers can access in order to enhance brand awareness, promote new products / services, announce new clients and/or communicate events.

Two types of promotional opportunities are available in our newsletter:

1) Clickable Banners – These are placed prominantly in the newsletter with branded artwork and a dedicated URL/link to sponsor content. Typical content includes links to white-papers/reports, calls to action to subscribe to supplier emails and thought leadership articles.

2) Featured Advertorials – Advertorial content is placed prominently in the newsletter with the opportunity to include an image, short amount of text (35 words) and a dedicated URL/link to sponsor content.

The cost of each of the above opportunities is £1,000 (excluding VAT) per issue.

Our Online Community (MemberWise Connect)

Solution providers can raise brand awareness and/or advertise products/services via two unique promotional opportunities:

  1. Digest Banner – Each day our members receive their daily digest email that contains the latest posts/notifications. You are invited to feature a banner advertisement at the top of each digest. Weekly and monthly opportunities are available.
  2. In-Message Advert – An alternative to banner advertising is in-message advertising which surfaces adverts next to the posts in our online community. Content can include a square image of your choosing and a URL/link to your content.

Opportunities available:

– Digest Banner – You can display a banner advert in our daily digest. This is sent to our 5,000 communities members every day of the week. The banner can be linked to a URL/page on your website. E.g. You may wish to signpost a white paper, thought-leadership article or event. Cost: £1,000 (excluding VAT) per week or £3,000 (excluding VAT) per month.

– In Discussion Advert – These small adverts are placed within the actual discussions that are taking place on the community and are seen by members who are looking at, posting or responding to a particular thread. The advert can be lined to a URL/page on your website as above.

This insight can be invaluable for roles that require sales, marketing, project/programme management and/or communications/business development responsibilities. We have compiled a comprehensive list that will provide you with a structured A to Z list of membership bodies in the UK.

The list does not include individual contact names, however forms a solid base for any company wishing to refresh or create a structured list of prospective membership body clients.

The list includes membership body name, type, sector/industry and many also include the number of members.

We provide the list in .XLS format to enable easy uploading to your system.
