What is MemberWise Learn?
MemberWise Learn is the UK/EU Membership and Association Sector’s online learning platform that provides high quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities that will directly help increase your member focused knowledge, insight and competence.

What Topics are Covered?
MemberWise Learn launches with 55 free online learning modules that cover the following member focused topics:
How is the Content Structured?
Educational content is structured via the following core sections:
- Core Categories – Each category features a selection of free modules that can be completed online.
- Premium Content – This content is delivered directly by the network and is structured into courses (comprising bite-sized modules that be completed in your own time).
- Supplier Showcase – This content is delivered directly by Partners and Recognised Suppliers and features a mixture of educational/solution driven content.
How are the Learning Opportunities Delivered and Assessed?
Most modules incorporate input, output and outcome focused learning structured via the following format:
- A video (30-60 minutes) delivered by MemberWise, Case Studies or Solution Providers
- 10 Multiple Choice Questions* (a minimum of 7 questions must be answered correctly to pass)
- Reflective Learning Questions*
- A Certificate of Achievement (to evidence your learning)
Note: Courses require all modules to be completed before certificates are automatically awarded electronically. Questions can be attempted an unlimited number of times.
What is the difference between Core Category Content and Premium Content?
Core category content is delivered by case study organisations and is great if you are looking to establish best practice from a fellow membership/association professional. Our core categories are outlined above.
Premium Content is generated, structured and delivered directly by the MemberWise Network. Each course provides deep and unrivalled knowledge/insight (required to optimise member focused activity) and comprehensive support materials that are simply not available anywhere else.
How is Content Quality Assured
Premium Content is accredited annually by the CPD Standards Office and all Certificates of Achievement feature the CPD Standards Office Accredited Training Provider logo.
How much does it cost?
Access to the MemberWise Learn platform is completely free of charge to practicing Membership and Association Professionals. Modules contained in our core categories and the Supplier Showcase are also free.
Premium content (Courses) are available at £249 (including VAT) per course.

What is the Supplier Showcase?
The Supplier Showcase provides free and exclusive online learning opportunities provided exclusively by Official Partners and Recognised Suppliers. Content focuses on solution driven approaches; many of which are cutting edge and membership development focused. If you are looking to get ahead during challenging times this online content is ‘must access’ territory!
How do I register to access MemberWise Learn?
If you are a MemberWise Connect (our online professional community) subscriber you will have instant/automatic access to the MemberWise Learn platform. Simply login using your MemberWise Connect Username and Password. Select the Course/Module that interests you and start learning!

MemberWise Learn Roadmap – Certified Membership Professional Status
In Mid-2021 the MemberWise Network will launch its much anticipated Membership Professional Certification Programme (accredited by the CPD Standards Office). This will be the first structured and competency focused online accreditation of knowledge/skill launched by and for UK Membership and Association Professionals at all levels and career stages.
A formal consultation will take place via our CPD Intelligence Community in early 2021 and Membership/Association Professional Members over the coming months.
In the interim modules/courses completed will contribute directly towards your certification.
