We have just said farewell to another busy year for our network. Amongst an array of fantastic learning events we continued to support workforce development through our exclusive service, MemberWise Jobs.
Continued growth and activity across the sector has driven a strong need to strengthen and develop teams with people who have sector expertise and a passion for membership. In short: membership professionals! And we are proud to boast over 8,000 membership professionals in our network as well as a fast growing reach in the broader sector through our active social media channels.

So, what did the stats look like for 2023?
At the time of writing nearly 150 jobs were posted during the year which attracted over 19,000 visits to our site! And those are just browsing sessions – during this time our jobs have attracted over 49,000 views. The site has attracted over 10,000 users too which demonstrates our ability to reach beyond our immediate community.
Despite recruitment challenges in 2023 MemberWise Jobs continued to attract interest from the sector and beyond, putting us at the forefront of recruitment of membership and association staff. We are pleased to continue providing exclusive recruitment services that enables the membership and association sector to retain high quality talent and experience.
Our social media presence continues to gain a lot of attention and traction. In the capable hands of Jayne we are sharing updates of new roles and showcasing our clients. This has ensured that jobs have received maximum exposure across a range of platforms. We will build on this going forward.
