CRM Integration Seminar

10th July 2019 / 10-11 Carlton House Terrace (London)

In 2019 40% of associations and membership organisations are horizon searching for a new CRM system to provide enhanced member value, engagement and growth. Capturing and evaluating member engagement data is a crucial activity for membership organisations and effective integration across systems is vital in order to do this effectively. This seminar will focus on how the Microsoft Dynamics platform integrates effectively across systems (one of which is direct debit administration) in order to record member engagement.

Please note that this event is for membership bodies with 5,000 individual members/100 corporate members or above.

In response the MemberWise Network has arranged a free half-day seminar (in partnership with Silverbear). The seminar is specifically for membership organisations and provides best practice information and advice for procuring and selecting the right CRM system that will integrate with other systems, in a structured, robust and informed manner.

However far you are along the procurement process our Select (CRM) Seminar Series attendance will quality assure and de-risk your organisation’s approach and enable you to network with fellow association and membership professionals also ‘on the journey’.
