Capturing and evaluating member engagement data is a crucial activity for membership organisations and effective integration across systems is vital in order to do this effectively. This seminar will focus on how the Microsoft Dynamics platform integrates effectively across systems (one of which is direct debit administration) in order to record member engagement.

Kerrie has been working in the membership sector for 12 years and is now giving her expertise to the MemberWise Network as their Associate Director of Engagement.

She has developed the member engagement strategy for a variety of membership organisations including the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM), Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS), Educational Collaborative of International Schools (ECIS), the RAF Museum, The Law Society of England & Wales and finally the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS). She is also one of the first Fellows of the Society of Association and Membership Professionals (SAMP).
