Coaching
Coaching is provided for an individual or a small team and the aim is to rapidly upskill individuals and provide them with appropriate start kit collateral that they need in order to be most effective in their work.
Coaching engagements normally commence with a short discovery phase consisting of a skills audit and a gap analysis of tools and processes. Thereafter, the aims of the coaching are agreed and coaching sessions are planned. Sessions are often a mix of training, homework, customising starter kit elements and working through identified business problems as a team with guidance from the coach.
