TPP Recruitment have partnered with The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) for several years. In 2013/14, we ran a successful search for a Director of Marketing and Communications and based on this subsequently won the opportunity to recruit their next Chief Executive. This was a tough mandate, requiring not only broad organisational leadership experience, but also experience in physiotherapy. Our success with this search again led to a new mandate and we appointed the Director of Employment Relations and Union Services late in 2014.
